Step 1. Provide An Image Or A Drawing

We will need a sketch or drawing of the kitchen layout, with as many dimensions as possible. If you are getting new cabinets, your cabinet company should have a diagram they can provide. Submitting digital photographs along with your drawing will assist in getting a proposal to you. Once you have this on your smartphone or computer, proceed to the next step for instructions on sending it to us.

Step 2. Quote Request

Please visit the Quote request section. By completing this section it will provide us the contact information that we need in order to deliver the completed proposal to you. The estimation process is complementary. Once your proposal has been completed a member of the BSI staff will contact you. Click on the link below and it will take you to an online form where you can upload your images.

Step 3. Approve Proposal

You will be receiving a custom proposal and detailed drawing for your project. Seam location, splash, edge detail, price, etc., will all need to be reviewed. We will be more than happy to go over every aspect of the project to insure complete understanding of the bid. We require a 50 percent deposit on all fabrication orders. Upon receiving your deposit and signed proposal, your project is given a job number and the project is logged in on our job list.

Step 4. Approve Material

The actual materials for your project will be delivered to Brevard Stone Inc. for your viewing. Upon arrival of your stone you will be notified and asked to come approve the material. If you are using material that is in our inventory, you still will need to approve before fabricating can begin. At the time of viewing your material, you will need to initial the proposal when approved.

Step 5. Field Measurements

Once you have notified Brevard Stone Inc. that the project is ready to field measure, your file goes to the project manager and will be measured and/or templated in a timely manner. This may be done at anytime during the suggested completion date listed on your proposal. We make an effort to work closely with you to ensure a quality project.

Step 6. Fabrication

We train each and every member of our fabrication team and guarantee every project is held to the highest of standards. Every aspect of the fabrication process is done by our employees. We do not outsource any portion of your project to insure quality, craftsmanship and an end result you will love.

Step 7. Installation

The installation process (in most cases) is completed in one day. Every job is supervised by a leading staff member to ensure that the project is completed to our quality standard. We take pride in keeping your home clean and safe as possible while we are working. When we leave your home the project is now complete.
